Being a relatively new firm I take the opportunity to introduce Boord, Benchek & Associates, Inc.. Incorporated in 2004, the firm is managed by Donald P. Boord P.L.S., Ernest J. Benchek III P.S.-(WV), and John Knapik Jr. P.E..
Mr. Boord is a retired PaDot employee who performed for 40 years in Engineering District 12-0’s Design Section acquiring skills in all aspects of design and construction. He authored 3 technical manuels for PaDot including the construction surveying specifications still used today in Pub. 408 (686.0).
Mr. Benchek has worked extensively in all phases of surveying and site development, commercial and industrial. He has worked for two consultant firms including the position of Chief of Surveys for large local engineering firm.
